Who we are
We are Paul Wurth Geprolux and are dedicated to creating excellent buildings, which meet our customers’ needs and boost their businesses while incorporating important sustainability principles. Relying on nearly 50 years of experience in planning and managing major construction and infrastructure projects, we offer tailor-made and competitive service packages for civil construction projects.
Our current focus
In the frame of our civil construction activities, Paul Wurth Geprolux developed a modular Energy Monitoring solution for new or existing buildings, with or without installed measurement devices. Common energy monitoring systems typically display electricity, heat, and water consumption. However, our provided solutions go beyond such systems.
In close collaboration with our customers, we answer their needs by providing proven smart solutions with the ultimate objectives to improve energy efficiency and user comfort.
What we are offering
Our proposal through that call operated by Paul Wurth InCub, the entrepreneurial arm of the company, is to share our technological expertise in developing market ready solutions with young, innovative companies, through cooperative technology development, field testing and other business development activities. Besides, we have the capability to accelerate your product development and market access.
What we are looking for
We are deep diving into the technologies that are designed for energy monitoring. Here are some of the keywords we’re especially excited about:
Sensors & Monitoring hardware (Electricity meters, Heat meters, Gas meters, Water meters, Air quality sensors, presence detector, and data acquisition devices)
Remote control of consumer units
User-friendly visualization software
Adaptable on existing systems and protocols
User comfort
Big Data analytics
Machine learning (ML) and predictive analytics
This is by no means an exclusive list, though! If you’re onto something new and disruptive, we still want to hear from you.
As for your current stage of development
We know some new technologies are either difficult or expensive to bring to the market, so what we require is a validated proof of concept (POC). The more you have the more we can help you scale.
